10 days before arrival. Cancellations 5 - 9 days prior receive partial refund. No refunds under 4 days or for early departures. Ask us about travel insurance. Actual cancellation policy can vary if you include specific lodging or shows that have stricter policies. Your exact cancellation policy will appear on your confirmation letter. In an emergency we do try to see what we can do for you.
