Payments Accepted for Groups: Company Checks, Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Bank Transfer of Funds. Entire Group Cancellation Policy: In general if a group cancels more than 65 days prior to scheduled arrival there is just a $50 cancellation fee. This may change depending on hotels, shows or attractions included. The cancellation policy for your group will be listed on your contract. Individual Cancellations: If you receive a cancellation from a member of your group after you have paid us in full but before we make the final payments (generally 3 - 10 days prior to arrival) we may be able to refund to you as long as you are still above minimum numbers. This is for an emergency situation only for a maximum of 1 - 2 rooms. As hotel / theatre / restaurant policies vary we will let you know if a full or partial refund is possible. We are unable to refund for last minute cancellations after we have made your final payments. Ask us about travel insurance. Privacy Policy: We do not collect any personal data from you while you are visiting our web site.
